What Is Our Perspective Of Engineering?

Engineering is the art of floating a steel ship. Engineering is not a necessity to float a wooden boat. The density of wood is lower than water. As long as you perform the basic principals, your boat will float. But steel is 7,85 times heavier than water. Floating a steel ship requires engineering. Building the same ship to cruise as fast as it can and carry as much cargo as it is possible with minimum costs and in minimum time, this is what we call "successful engineering".

What Is Call Center Engineering?

Call Centers, despite their importance and the value they add to companies are always accepted as cost centers. It is a tough challenge to optimize costs and quality and yet not the only challenge at all. Call Centers operate on many similar opposite factors such as human resources and technology, productivity and service level, flexibility and profession. Engineering as the formation of optimizing and managing adverse factors is vital for call centers to survive and become competition centers. Call Center Engineering is an analytic approach to manage all the processes of a Call Center like human resources management, performance and training, core operations, customer relations, sales and profit generation.

Who Is Call Center Engineers?
